[ The Bat lands on the rooftop of the edges of Gotham. Technically, one could argue if this is his jurisdiction or not. There's been nothing formal in the terms of boundary lines. Ever since the team came together they cross into each other's "territory" all the time. Of course, not every super hero is on the team, and so the lines are about to get rather blurry... ]

[ Normally once someone leaves the boundaries of his city, Oliver doesn't really follow. He'll inform police or have one of the top secret branches his friends work for follow and take care of it. However, he hasn't been able to let this particular criminal go. Not with the damage they'd left in their wake. No, he'd wanted to see to this one personally, even if they traveled into other superhero / vigilante territory.

While he'd heard the talk of the Bat of Gotham, and it wasn't that he didn't believe them, he hadn't expected them to come face to face so soon. Or at all really since he was hoping he might be able to get in and out before anyone knew he was here or where to look for him. The green hood and the bow are usually easy giveaways for who he is, but truthfully, he's not sure how far his reputation has grown either.

He'll still when the Bat lands not too far from him, shifting his stance so he's looking at the man dressed in the black costume. ] Can I help you?

I was wondering the same thing. [ Given their current position on the outskirts of Gotham.

The Bat takes a few steps closer to stand next to Arrow - Green Arrow? He has heard rumors of both sets of names. Though, he certainly is smug enough to follow rumors. Honestly, though, it is more the fact the Bat tracks nearly everything coming in and out of Gotham that is unusual. ]

Most people don't waltz or fly into Gotham trying to be under the radar. Unless they're criminals.
